They can be referenced in the sessions or simply given out at the end. They consist of diagrams, question prompts, a place to journal and mindful colouring pages. The Workbooks come in 2 options, Child/Youth or Teen/Adult. We left recommended age groups out to encourage you to pick for your client and maturity level.
